Download Uber or Lyft: first time users of Uber and Lyft typically receive $5 discounts on multiple rides. Once you get to Vegas, fight for taxi’s can be the worst. Instead, download a rideshare app and use your discount rides.

Take snacks: weekend Vegas trips can get expensive, so be sure to take water bottles and snacks. By taking snacks you can skip a meal and just eat in your room.

2016 Oscars Printable Ballots

If you are hosting an Oscars viewing party this weekend, why not print about a DIY ballot and have your guest vote for the winners? Nearly every award show makes mistakes and gets things wrong, and with the Oscar being comprised of 60-year-old white males, chances are you do not fall into the demographic. Instead of watching a bunch of movies you have never seen win awards, let your guest vote and create your own winners.

Print out a ballot, have everyone vote, and compile the results before the ceremony begins. Then simply read your party’s winners along with the awards ceremony and have a little fun comparing the results. You can print out a ballot here: http://o.aolcdn.com/os/moviefone/oscars/2016-academy-awards-printable-ballot. Have fun and remember to enjoy the evening (and vote for Leonardo DiCaprio).
